Some information is required to use Cleanhearing website and services, for example to participate in the services made available by Cleanhearing (collectively, the “Services”), such as your email address. You may also choose to provide other types of information.
To help improve your experience or enable certain features of the Services, you may choose to provide us with additional information. For example, if you contact us or participate in a survey, contest, or promotion, we collect the information you submit such as your name, contact information, and message.

We also work with payments providers (Paypal, Stripe, Split-it), who will collect and process your personal information according to your use of our website and personal identifiable information may be transferred, stored and processed by these services .
We appreciate the importance of taking additional measures to protect children’s privacy. Persons under the age of 13, or the equivalent minimum age in the relevant jurisdiction, are not permitted to create accounts unless their parent has consented in accordance with applicable law. If we learn that we have collected the personal information of a child under the relevant minimum age without parental consent, we will take steps to delete the information as soon as possible. We operate internationally and data, including that collected within the European Economic Area and Switzerland, is processed, stored and transferred to servers located in the United States (Heroku, Amazon web services) for the purposes described in this policy.
